Park Policies

Welcome to Dillsboro RV River Park,

We want you to feel like this is your home away from home and feel safe when staying with us. Please come and see us if you have any issues so that we can do our best to address the issue. 

  • Guests need to register at the office to pay any outstanding balance, as well as to find your site and sign all documents.

  • Check in: 3 pm – 6 pm (Check ins after 6 PM will need to be made in advance please)

  • Check out: 11 am (Anyone in the site after 1 PM will be charged for another day)

  • Quiet Hours are 9 pm - 8 am

  • Limited to 2 vehicles per site

  • All RV/Campers must be clean and in good working order. No washing campers or vehicles of any kind in the park

  • No RVs older than 10 years, unless approved by management. Please send in a photo of your camper. All RVs must be factory manufactured

  • A heated water hose is required in the winter months

  • There is NO EV charging at the campground, if you a caught charging your EV then there will incur $100 fee

  • All camp Sites are limited to 6 people per party (Long Terms are 4, sites must be kept clean and neat no trash or other items laying around on the outside)

  • Speed limit is 5 MPH *Please keep your eyes out for children*

  • Parents, you are responsible for your children at all times. Children should not be left alone on the campground or in campers

  • Please do not place BBQ Grill's or any other hot items on the picnic table, if there is any damage to the table you will incur a $150.00 fee to replace the table

  • Alcoholic beverages are permitted only on your own site in cups, please. No parties

  • Specifically, not allowed: intoxication, profanity, obscenity, rock throwing, vandalism, use of firearms, and drugs of any type if any of these are thought to be happening, you will be asked to leave immediately without any type of refund at all. You forfeit all of your money/deposits when you have violated any of the above listed

  • Bicycles, rollerblades, scooters, ATV or Golf Carts, etc. are allowed only on the road, please stop and move off to the side if there are cars/trucks/camper coming by so they can move by you for your safety. All ATV or Golf carts are allowed and can only be driven if the driver has a valid driver’s license and insurance. The guest must show proof of this before using the golf cart

This is private property. We reserve the right to enforce all rules for the benefit and safety for all of our guest. Management is not responsible for any loss due to fire, accident, theft, mother nature, or any other conditions beyond our control. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service at any time for reasonable reasons.
